Built for committed master's athletes who still love to compete, this program delivers the structure many master's players are missing. You’ll follow progressive strength, power, speed, and movement training tailored to your sport, season, and individual needs.
This isn’t just a gym program, it’s a performance system. Training loads are monitored and adjusted to match competition and recovery demands. You’ll receive ongoing education on strength, recovery, and injury prevention, plus direct access to experienced high performance coaches who know how to progress master's athletes without breaking them down.
The goal is simple: help you train with purpose, reduce injury risk, and stay strong, powerful, and confident for years to come.

GAMESTRONG's high performance coaches, Nan Latta and Jo Bowden, are masters athletes and have over 25 years of experience working with female athletes. They design programs that work with your body, not against it.
Why GAMESTRONG Exists
As men and women age, strength, speed, recovery, hormonal balance, and movement patterns shift. Generic training programs do not support these changes, leading to preventable injuries and inconsistent performance.

GAMESTRONG is a training program designed specifically for Master’s athletes who want to move well, reduce injury risk, and perform consistently so you can keep playing the sport you love.
GAMESTRONG combines the best of sports science, strength & conditioning, education, and men's and women’s sports specific training needs
GAMESTRONG: Created by High Performance Specialist Nan Latta, (The Connected Athlete) and Running Performance Coach Jo Bowden (Run Ready).

The answer is YES. This is where we find out all about you and how we can ensure your program is appropriate for you, your medical and injury history, goals, and training history. The assessment also gathers data for your baseline so when we reassess you every 12 weeks we can track your progress, upgrade your program accordingly and ensure you are achieving your goals. Remember this is an individualised program!
Your Initial Assessment and sessions may be health fund rebateable depending on your level of cover. These services are invoiced under Exercise Physiology codes 102, 202 and group services.
Your session runs for 60 minutes, is supervised, and is a dedicated women's masters session.
Your assessment involves you discussing your medical & injury history, goals and expectations, a movement stability and mobility assessment and some strength testing. These are appropriate to you and your individual needs and goals.
All members are given an individual program to complete during the supervised session, which is based on your assessment. Sessions cater to your capacity and are completed at your own pace and intensity. There is a high performance coach in every session to answer questions and help you with your technique and progressions. This is the value of Gamestrong!
No! In your sessions, you are doing your resistance training program. This provides you with the strength, power, and agility to improve your running, load tolerance, and agility to play your sport.
If you attend 2 sessions a week you will have more confidence, strength and improved movement quality in 8 weeks. And this is just the start!
