Many Masters athletes invest in gym memberships or personal training, but still don't have a program designed for the demands of Masters sport.
GAMESTRONG is different.
Built specifically for athletes over 35, GAMESTRONG is a cost-effective, high-quality coaching program that combines evidence-based strength and power training, injury prevention and management, tournament preparation, recovery, load management and performance education into one complete performance system.
One program. One coach. Better value. Better outcomes.
Helping you stay stronger, healthier and performing at your best for longer.
"I commenced the Gamestrong program 8 weeks ago, wanting to change the way I train as a 53-year-old woman. I have always been fit, but I’ve struggled with problematic injuries over the years. With a World Cup event later this year, I knew I needed to train smarter, not just harder, and give my body the best possible chance to perform at its peak.
In just 8 weeks, the improvement in my strength has genuinely surprised me. I feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in my training. What has made the biggest difference is the personalised support from Nan. She continually keeps me on track, adjusts and tweaks my program as I progress, and ensures everything is aligned to my goals.
Gamestrong has completely shifted how I approach training at this stage of my life. I’m excited to see what the next few months will produce as I continue building strength toward my World Cup campaign".

I’ve been working with Nan for a number of years.
She’s designed gym and running programs to get me strong and fit for masters hockey Victorian and Australian tours. She also helped me safely recover and get back to playing at the elite level in only a few months after having a caesarean section. I’m continuing to work with her now in preparation for our upcoming World Cup.
Nan’s knowledge, experience and professionalism have been vital to getting me in the best place physically possible in preparation to play top level sport. I’d highly recommend her to others. Thanks Nan

I first started working with Nan following a series of bad injuries playing Masters Hockey. While the treatment for the injuries helped, I wanted something more than just treatment. I wanted a plan to get stronger moving forward, so these injuries would stop recurring.
I got more than that. Nan started not just my rehabilitation; she also set me on a path of mobility, strength, and conditioning that is now part of my DNA. From Day 1, I had a program completely customised for me, my body, and what I needed.
I could feel the difference in my body pretty quickly. My mobility improved in areas I didn't even realise were so weak. My strength started to build. And the best part was that the program wasn't too onerous or difficult. I really enjoyed doing it.
All this meant I could keep playing hockey at a competitive level. And while this is super important to me, I also now know how important this conditioning is for keeping me 'young' while I age.
To this day, I continue to do mobility and strength exercises multiple times a week based on what Nan has taught me.
Any older athlete needs a 'Nan' in their wheelhouse. It's not a luxury, it's a necessity.

The answer is YES. This is where we find out all about you and how we can ensure your program is appropriate for you, your medical and injury history, goals, and training history. The assessment also gathers data for your baseline so when we reassess you every 12 weeks we can track your progress, upgrade your program accordingly and ensure you are achieving your goals. Remember this is an individualised program!
Your Initial Assessment and sessions may be health fund rebateable depending on your level of cover. These services are invoiced under Exercise Physiology codes 102, 202 and group services.
Your session runs for 60 minutes, is supervised, and is a dedicated women's masters session.
Your assessment involves you discussing your medical & injury history, goals and expectations, a movement stability and mobility assessment and some strength testing. These are appropriate to you and your individual needs and goals.
All members are given an individual program to complete during the supervised session, which is based on your assessment. Sessions cater to your capacity and are completed at your own pace and intensity. There is a high performance coach in every session to answer questions and help you with your technique and progressions. This is the value of Gamestrong!
No! In your sessions, you are doing your resistance training program. This provides you with the strength, power, and agility to improve your running, load tolerance, and agility to play your sport.
If you attend 2 sessions a week you will have more confidence, strength and improved movement quality in 8 weeks. And this is just the start!
