This information was presented by GAMESTRONG's high performance coaches, Nan Latta and Jo Bowden, who are masters athletes and have over 25 years of experience working with female athletes.

Am I doing what I have always done for the same or different result?
Am I doing enough to improve or too little?
Am I getting the most out of the time I spend training?
Do I understand how to train for my age, medical and injury history, as well as my sport?
Am I confident I am preparing the right way?
Do I feel strong and powerful?
Is my programming addressing my injuries and weaknesses?
If you are unsure about one or more of these, we are here to help.
